Antiphon1 . How great is your name, O Lord our God, through all the earth!\nAntiphon2. From the voices of children, Lord, comes the sound of your\npraise.\nAntiphon3. What is mortal man that you care for him?\nAntiphon3. What is man that you keep him in mind, mortal man that you\ncare for him?\nYour majesty is praised above the heavens;\nOn the lips of children and of babes\n4\nYou have found praise to foil your enemy,\nTo silence the foe and the rebel.\n2. When I see the heavens, the work of your hands,\nThe moon and the stars which you arranged,\nWhat is man that you should keep him in mind,\nMortal man that you care for him?\n3. Yet you have made him little less than a God;\nWith glory and honour you crowned him,\nGave him power over the works of your hand,\nPut all things under his feet.\n4. All of them, sheep and cattle,\nYes, even the savage beasts,\nBirds of the air, and fish\nThat make their way through the waters.\n5.
